6 O'Clock: DJ Greg Street x Nike Air Force 1

In addition to the "Tribute to Brooklyn" Nike Air Force 1s, JB-31 and and Steve & Cubby from the Innovative Kitchen intern program, sat down in Nike's Innovation Kitchen to combine forces on another Nike Force 1, the "6 O'Clock" DJ Greg Street Nike Air Force 1. Simply put, their inspiration in designing the "6 O'Clock" DJ Greg Street Air Force 1s, was the man himself, Atlanta's own DJ Greg Street, "the king of airwaves in the southern region of the USA". As a true sneaker connoisseur and one of the most successful, established, and respected DJs and Music Businessmen in the industry, the details on the "6 O'Clock" AF1s embody DJ Greg Street. Handmade in Nike's Innovation Kitchen, the "6 O'Clocks", named after Street's legendary 6 O'Clock Radio Show, feature a number of distinct DJ Greg Street lasered details including his name on the tongue, a Georgia license plate on one heel tab and a Texas license plate on the other (Street runs a Radio Show in both Markets), a lasered record underneath all four Swoosh panels, a lasered NYC skyline on the midsole, a lasered map of Texas and Georgia on the alternating Green and Red Patent outer heels and much more. A first for any sneaker, the laser on the "6 O'Clocks" is White on Black. In order to get this effect, J13 used a White leather that was dyed Black, that once cut into with the laser, exposed the original White leather underneath. To add a bit of flare to the "6 O'Clocks" JB-31 and the Innovation Kitchen opted for a Glow in the Dark Swoosh. To complete the package, the "6 O'Clocks" feature a personalized, lasered box. The JB-31/Steve and Cubby designed "6 O'Clock" Nike Air Force 1s are a 1 of 1 piece.
